02 Sep 2022: In pursuance to the provisions of Sec. 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the following Disciplinary Committees are constituted w.e.f 01.04.2022:
- Disciplinary Committee 1: Shri Ravi Mital, Chairperson
- Disciplinary Committee 2: Shri Sudhaker Shukla, Whole-time Member
- Disciplinary Committee 3: Shri Jayanti Prasad, Whole-time Member

15 Jun 2020: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 comprises Dr. (Ms.) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, Whole Time Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f. 15.06.2020, till further orders.
17 Oct 2018: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 comprises Dr. Navrang Saini, Whole Time Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India w.e.f. 17.10.2018, till further orders. However the show cause notices issued till the date shall be disposed of by the erstwhile Disciplinary Committee.
09 Apr 2018: The Disciplinary Committee under section 220(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is reconstituted to comprise of two members w.e.f. 09.04.2018, till further orders.

b) Dr. (Ms.) Mukulita Vijayawargiya, Whole Time Member
